How to maintain UV plate printer in summer

UV flat printer as a digital color printing equipment, in the use of some inevitable failure, familiar with and understand some common UV printer maintenance methods can reduce the loss and prolong the service life of the printer.

1. Temperature control. UV printer should be placed in a cool, backlit corner, avoid high temperature and direct sunlight environment, the appropriate indoor temperature is 19℃ ~ 32℃, humidity is 25% ~ 70%.

Two, power off moisture. When the UV plate printer does not work for a long time, you can choose to power off moisture, do not let the machine out of standby state, so that the temperature will rise.

Three, every day after starting the UV plate printer, be sure to first lay a test strip, check whether the nozzle is blocked, summer temperature is too high, easy to dry ink.

4. On a weekly basis, it is particularly important to keep the internal and external hygiene of the cleaning equipment, especially at key positions such as the nose and guide rail.

Fifth, the maintenance of sprinkler head, sprinkler head is the most critical vulnerable parts, the price is very expensive, should maximize the protection of sprinkler head.

A. Software parameter setting. Increase the space between sprinkler head and curing lamp, reduce the probability of oblique spraying.

High ambient temperature, heat and ventilation, dust and other factors in the site where the machine is used. Mercury lamp and air cooled LED lamp machine cooling fan, dust isolation sponge needs regular cleaning to ensure smooth heat dissipation. Water cooled LED light machine regularly check that the antifreeze liquid level of the water tank is in a safe state, and the water tank fan dissipates heat smoothly.

7. Dust filter screen shall be removed and cleaned regularly at inlet of the air suction fan of the platform. Dust and residual ink shall be cleaned promptly at the air suction mesh of the platform to keep the mesh smooth.
